How the work has looked in practice.
Example 01 · Software factory
Reliability and scale without a hiring round
A small software operation needed a factory they could trust as
they grew — not a larger payroll. We stepped in, stood up the
platform, and worked alongside their engineers until the team
could run it themselves.
They stayed subscribed for six months — cancel with a month’s
notice — then took the system in-house. Later they came back
for an application audit when it was time to go to market.
Example 02 · Private cloud
A home-hosted cloud they fully control
An individual who needed privacy in daily life asked for a
private cloud: email, calendar, messaging, media storage — the
works — hosted at home so they would have complete control.
We specified and ordered the hardware, built and configured it
at our location, then came over for installation and handover.
Example 03 · Independent stack
Infrastructure that doesn't run through the giants
A small company needed an IT environment they could operate
without depending on foreign mega corporations — for
sovereignty, continuity, and control over where their systems
actually live.
We designed the stack and stood it up with our partners:
hosting, connectivity, and operations outside those platforms,
then handed it over so they could run it day to day.
